Savannah, GA – A motor vehicle pedestrian accident Wednesday evening, October 22, 2025, left one man fatally injured.

As reported by WSAV.com, “The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is investigating an Oct. 22 fatal traffic accident at Abercorn St. and East 63rd St. that left an adult male deceased.”

According to the report, “[t]he accident happened at around 6:55 p.m. A pedestrian was unresponsive after being struck by a vehicle. The man was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.”
