Raul Romero Dominquez was struck and killed in a “hit-and-run” accident “at the intersection of South Cobb Drive at Ask Kay Drive” Thursday evening, January 17, 2019, according to The AJC.

Smyrna police told FOX 5, the driver of the suspect vehicle has since “been charged with felony hit and run, misdemeanor improper use of the center turn lane and misdemeanor driving while license suspended.”

A fatal motor vehicle accident tragically claimed the life of 30-year-old Milargo Vasquez early Saturday morning, January 5, 2019.

According to The AJC, Mr. Vasquez’s “vehicle was hit from behind when it stopped in the eastbound lanes” of I-20 and Candler Road.

“The other vehicle involved was not able to stop,” police spokesman Sgt. J.D. Spencer told WSB-TV 2, “and it hit the victim’s vehicle at a ‘high rate of speed.'” It is unclear whether the driver will be facing charges.

58-year-old Teresa Owen Gracia was struck and killed while crossing a Macon roadway Wednesday morning, December 19, 2018.

According to 41 NBC, the pedestrian accident occurred “around 7:00am Wednesday on Eisenhower Parkway near Log Cabin Drive.”  Police told FOX 24, Ms. Gracia was crossing the road when she was struck by a Honda Accord. Ms. Gracia was transported to Navicent, where she tragically succumbed to fatal injuries. It is unclear whether the driver will face charges.
