WJBF.com is reporting, “[t]he victim, identified as 42-year-old Jolene Davis of Augusta, was riding her bike northbound on Peach Orchard when she was struck by a vehicle headed the same direction. Davis was pronounced dead on scene at 5:32 Monday morning.”
