Newnan, GA – A motor vehicle pedestrian accident Sunday afternoon, October 19, 2025, left one boy injured.
As reported by AtlantaNewsFirst.com, “[a]round 2:30 p.m., Newnan police said they responded to a pedestrian hit by a car on Roberts Road, near the popular LINC biking and walking trail. A spokesperson for the city said an 11-year-old boy was hit. He was flown by helicopter to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta with serious injuries.”
According to the report, “[w]itnesses said the child had been biking when he was hit at a crosswalk.”
