Marietta, GA – Gunfire rang out at an apartment complex Monday afternoon, May 5, 2025, leaving one man dead.

As reported by AtlantaNewsFirst.com, “[p]olice said they responded to a person shot at [apartments] located on the 2000 block of Windy Hill Road in Marietta, around 7:15 p.m.”

11Alive.com is reporting, “[t]he victim, who was identified as 21-year-old Micah Bender of Lithia Springs, was taken to the hospital, where he [was unable to survive his injuries].”
