A man was shot at an Augusta, Georgia apartment complex Wednesday afternoon, March 17, 2021.  

As reported by WJBF.com, “[o]n Wednesday just after Noon, deputies responded to the 200 block of Fox Trace in the Fox Den Apartments area in reference to a shooting.”

According to the report, “[u]pon arrival, deputies located the victim, a Hispanic man in his 40’s who was shot at least once. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.”

The investigation is ongoing.

A man was shot and killed and another man was injured at an Augusta, Georgia apartment complex early Tuesday morning, January 19, 2021.  

As reported by WFXG.com, “the shooting happened on the 1100 block of Peters Road at 12:15 a.m. on Jan. 19.”

According to the report, “[w]hen deputies arrived to the scene, the[y] located Jerome Bates, 24 years old, with at least one gunshot wound. Bates was pronounced dead on the scene at 1:40 a.m.”

WRDW.com is reporting, “[w]hile on the scene, officers learned that another second victim, Devante Pinkney, 23, of Augusta, had arrived at a local hospital by private vehicle at 12:23 a.m.”

The investigation is ongoing.

A man was shot and killed at an Augusta, Georgia apartment complex late Tuesday night, January 5, 2020.  

As reported by WJBF.com, “Richmond County Deputies were called to [an apartment complex] around 11:30 Tuesday night.”

According to the report, “[u]pon arrival they found 26-year old, Khalid Ravenell unresponsive with a gunshot wound. The deputy coroner pronounced Ravenell dead about 12:30 Wednesday morning.”

Police have two suspects in custody.

The investigation is ongoing.
