Our Legal Take

FORMER CLIENT: I had lawyers calling me, and friends telling me who I should hire…I trusted in The Murray Law Firm and I’m glad I did.

As the details of this accident continue to develop, the family of the deceased victim may elect to file civil claims seeking substantial compensation for their loss. Due to multiple injuries and potentially limited insurance proceeds, the victims and their families are encouraged to retain representation without delay. The Murray Law Firm has had extensive and successful experience representing victims of motor vehicle claims in Georgia, and the legal team at the firm suggests that the victim’s family should retain a law firm to protect their interests and ensure an unbiased investigation and the preservation of any and all evidence. Photographs of the roadways and vehicles involved and a review of surveillance footage from nearby businesses or properties, if any exists, will need to be performed immediately before this evidence is damaged or destroyed.
