A motor vehicle accident in Macon, Georgia early Monday morning, July 27, 2020, caused one fatality and left another injured.

As reported by 13WMAZ.com, “[the accident] happened at the intersection of Guy Paine Road and Pio Nono Avenue around 4 a.m.”

WGXA.tv is reporting, “[a] 2004 Honda Accord, driven by 24-year-old Tavaris McDougald, pulled out of the, “Club X”, night club parking lot, located on PioNono Avenue…[t]he Honda then pulled into the path of a 2013 Dodge Ram truck, driven by 27-year-old Terrell Billingslea.”

According to the report, “McDougald [was unable to survive his injuries]…Billingslea was transported to the Navicent and is listed to be in stable condition.”

The crash investigation is ongoing.

A motor vehicle accident is involving three vehicle injured two people Wednesday, April 10, 2019.

According to 41NBC.com, “Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a three car accident that happened on Eisenhower Parkway at Log Cabin Drive just before 5 p.m. Wednesday.”  13WMAZ.com is reporting, ” a white Toyota Sequa…ran the red light going west on Eisenhower Parkway. The Toyota Sequa “hit a silver Acura TSX driven by 47-year-old Felicia Stribling which was turning left onto Eisenhower Parkway from Log Cabin Drive to go east.” Felicia Stribling car was then “pushed into a blue Kia Optima driven by 34-year-old Jada Wilborn.”  According to the 13WMAz.com report, Felicia Stribling and the driver of the Toyota Sequa “were taken to the Medical Center, Navicent Health for treatment…no one else was injured.”

Charges are pending according to the media reports.

54-year-old Ralph Dewayne Dorminy was critically injured in a Macon pedestrian accident Saturday night, January 5, 2019.

According to The Macon Telegraph, Mr. Dorminy was crossing Hartley Bridge Road, just east of Coley Lake Road, when he was struck by a car. He was transported to the hospital with injuries.

Police described the stretch of roadway as “poorly lit,” per 13 WMAZ reports.
